Hmmm "Silver Bullet" was
my first thought today as this cue was born. I wasn't expecting
it to look quite like this but what a pleasant surprise.
I took it into the pool room and hit some balls with it and
my next
thought was -- with this cue my opponent will be "biting
the bullet" so hard he might break a tooth.
The
wood that went into this cue started out as a piece of
hard maple, it was cut into strips and each strip was lightly
stained
black. These thin strips of Maple were carefully joined
together
and allowed to cure. The result is a cue that has a silver
(ish) look. The more I look at this wood, the more it grows on me.
I hope you like it because it is a fine cue with a solid
hit. This stabilized wood is guaranteed against warping as long
as you own the cue and you give the cue reasonable care.
