The terms of sale are very simple:

• Arnot does everything possible to build a cue that will not warp (The wood is seasoned for at least 5 years, wood stabilizer (Nelsonite) is used in every step of the operation and the best finish is used to seal out moisture). He checks every cue for straightness, solid hit and manufacturing defects before shipment is made.

• Custom Cue Orders: Much work goes into the design of a special order custom cue. Once the design has been approved, payment made and work on the cue has been started cancellations or refunds will not be made for ANY reason.

• In Stock Cues - Customized or Modified: Once a cue has been customized or modified in any way cancellations or refunds will not be made for ANY reason.

• In-Stock Cues - Shipped directly from stock with NO changes: Try out the cue for 3 days to make sure you like it. If you decide NOT to keep the cue just call for an RMA Number and put it on the outside of the original packaging containing the cue to be returned. The cue must be returned within 5 days. It must arrive in the same condition that it was originally shipped (Chalked tip allowed).

• There will be a charge for all returned cues to cover original shipping. There will be a charge up to $50.00 to cover handling, packaging, insurance, tip replacement and restocking.

• Arnot has fulfilled his obligation to the customer when the cue has been handed over to the customer, the customer’s representative or into the charge of the carrier. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, export or import fees, duties, taxes, or insurance charges. Arnot is no longer responsible for the cue when it leaves his physical possession.
