The Arnot Fleur-de-Lys Custom Cue

The Arnot Fleur-de-Lys symbolizes of the “Purity of Hit” found in all Arnot cues regardless of price.

The Fleur-de-Lys Custom Cue was the vision of Terry Horton of Canada who commissioned Arnot to make his vision come to life. It was a lot of fun to work with Terry in developing this fine custom cue.

We decided to start with Curly Maple for the Forearm and Handle. Ebony was selected for the points and butt sleeve. Three Zebrawood Rings framed the Butt Sleeve and Handle providing continuity from the Forearm to the Butt Sleeve. 6 Ivory Diamonds were inlayed into each of 6 points and 3 Fleur-de-Lys emblems were inlayed into the Butt Sleeve. An Ivory joint was chosen for the hit and visual conformity. Ivory Ferrules and Moori tips were used in the 2 shafts (TerminatorShaftT3™). The Fleur-de-Lys reminded me of the days of my youth as a Boy Scout.
