Although it looks like a Sneaky Pete it is as far removed
from a cut-down house cue as Alaska is from Florida.
We don't start with an old or for that matter a new
house cue because they are just junk made from unseasoned
wood. We think more of our customers than that and
of course we think more of our cues than that. You
can find cheap cut down Sneaky Pete's all over the
place but remember the Cuemaker knows EXACTLY how much
his cues are worth. If you don't put anything into
your materials and workmanship you can sell them for
nothing.
We start from scratch with 5 year old seasoned wood.
It came here as a wood plank. It was cut into
squares, turned round and ultimately made into a
fine cue. Looks
can be deceiving!
This cue includes the following:
- Purple Heart Forearm and Figured Ebony Butt with
4-Points
- Radial Pin (They are expensive but they are
worth it because they are so accurate)
- One #1 Hard Maple Shaft or OneTerminatorShaftT3™ (Your
choice)
- Melamine Ferrule
- Natural Color Linen Based Fiber (the strongest
stuff known to man) Butt Cap and Joint
Collars. These collars
and Butt Cap add durability by keeping
the cue from splitting. They also look nice.
